Information for Agencies

8:00-8:30amAgency Check-In   Please be sure to check in at the agency check-in tent (a) as spaces may shift at the last moment.Spaces will be marked in chalk.  Your space is bigger than the parking lines, ignore the painted lines and use the chalk lines when placing your tent/table.We do not provide tents, tables or chairs.  You must bring your own, however, tents are not mandatory; many agencies simply bring tables and chairs. After checking in, please proceed to your space, unload your vehicle, and proceed to one of the designated agency parking areas prior to setting up.  This will ensure pedestrian safety and avoid congestion.Restrooms are located at Family Promised, Interfaith Food Pantry Network and ARC.  See map for details.
