Information for Agencies

8:00-8:30amAgency Check-In   Please be sure to check in at the agency check in tent (a) as spaces may shift at the last moment.   Spaces will be marked in chalk.  Your space is bigger than a parking lines so try to ignore the painted lines and use the chalk lines when placing your tent/table.   We do not provide tents, tables or chairs.  You must bring your own, however, tents are not mandatory; many agencies simply bring tables and chairs.   After checking in, please proceed to your space, unload your vehicle, and proceed to one of the designated agency parking areas prior to setting up.  This will ensure pedestrian safety and avoid congestion.
8:30-9:00amSet-Up Complete   Note that if you are in the lower lot, please have your tables facing out (toward the IFPN building) so the attendees do not have to walk on the knoll.    You are welcome to help yourself to coffee/pastries (f) prior to the program introductions at the podium (p)
